The CalmNest Weighted Tip is a tip attachment for CalmNest's Z-Vibe . Simply twist a Weighted Tip into one end of the handle and either a Pen, Pencil, or Crayon Tip into the other to create the ultimate sensory writing tool. At just under 2 ounces, the added weight helps stabilize the hand, increase concentration, normalize writing speed, increase hand strength and dexterity, improve handwriting legibility, and decrease the grip force used to hold a pen/pencil. The Weighted Tip can also be used in conjunction with a Spoon Tip to provide input during self-feeds. Highly recommended for individuals with sensory integration issues and/or poor fine motor control. Specifications: Made from medical grade stainless steel.
