The CalmNest Flat proSpoonT was specially designed by feeding therapist Debbie Lowsky, MS, CCC-SLP. It's similar to the original proSpoonT, but with a very thin spoon bowl - perfect for individuals who have limited lip control and/or difficulty removing food from the spoon. The Flat proSpoon is available in two different versions - smooth or textured. The textured version has ribbed lines inside the spoon bowl and gentle bumps on the back, providing tactile input to the upper lip, lower lip, and tongue at the same time. Use it to introduce texture to pur ed foods like yogurt, applesauce, stage 1 baby foods, etc. Specifications: Made in USA and medical-grade.
